Selling well is not posting and waiting
We assess the price against area data, prepare the property and screen enquiries before the first viewing.

How we handle a sale
Initial assessment
We visit the property and review its condition, its strengths and what is worth fixing.
Document review
Deed, registered plan, tax clearance and mortgages. Finding a problem late costs months.
Pricing strategy
Real area comparables and appraisal coordination where needed.
Visual preparation
Tidying, professional photography, video and drone where the property warrants it.
Listing and campaigns
A complete listing in two languages and measured promotion, not scattered posts.
Lead qualification
We screen enquiries before viewings, so the property is not shown to browsers.
Viewings and negotiation
We attend every viewing and present offers in writing.
Follow-through to closing
Coordination with lawyers and bank through to signing and registration.
Free valuation
Request a valuation of your property
Free and without obligation. We give a realistic range based on comparables, not the number you want to hear.
FAQ
Seller questions
How long does it take to sell a property?
It depends on price, location and documentation. A well-priced property with its paperwork in order typically moves far faster than one priced above the market. In the initial assessment we give a realistic range, not a promise.
What documents do I need to list my property for sale?
At minimum, the deed or Public Registry certificate, the registered plan, the property tax clearance certificate and, where applicable, clearance from the development’s management. We help review what is missing.
